About William H. Holsinger
William H. “Will” Holsinger was born in San Francisco, raised and educated in the Bay Area. Except for a year in Washington, D.C. in the mid 70s as an aide to the late Congressman Leo J. Ryan (Dem., San Mateo), and one year in Southern California following his return, he has spent his adult life and legal career on the Peninsula. He has been practicing law since 1979.
